				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On July 22<sup>nd</sup> 2011, Lead Director Rebecca Carlisle stepped down and Tomball Fire Chief Randy Parr was placed in the Lead Director position for Shattered Lives of Tomball.  Rebecca will maintain a position as Coordinator in the program and Kim Garrett of Tomball Regional Hospital was named as Deputy Director alongside existing Deputy Directors Vickie Butler Rindos and Joe Jasso.<br />

“My position with Shattered Lives is a legacy that I am extremely proud of and will continue to be a part of this program that has so greatly affected the Tomball community.  It is time to give others an opportunity to lead such a worthy cause!  Congrats Kim and Randy and I will be here for the program and whatever you may need,” said Rebecca Carlisle.  Rebecca will continue her role in the police response and positions played in the program.<br />

Chief Parr and Kim Garrett have been a part of the program since its inception and are both looking forward to the 2012 presentation at Tomball High School!</p>
