“My position with Shattered Lives is a legacy that I am extremely proud of and will continue to be a part of this program that has so greatly affected the Tomball community.  It is time to give others an opportunity to lead such a worthy cause!  Congrats Kim and Randy and I will be here for the program and whatever you may need,” said Rebecca Carlisle.  Rebecca will continue her role in the police response and positions played in the program.


Chief Parr and Kim Garrett have been a part of the program since its inception and are both looking forward to the 2012 presentation at Tomball High School!
